Learn from an Experienced Pastry Chef

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience making a wide range of products, including sourdough, croissants, cakes, slices, and savoury items like pies, vegetarian pasties, and quiches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, using commercial ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters to assist in preparing baked goods.

  • Learn the skills in pastry making and baking through hands-on training with an experienced chef.

About the Role:

  • Immediate start available for candidates who meet our requirements.

  • Early starts (4:30 am or 5:30 am) and one weekend day are required.

  • We offer TAFE training at William Angliss College or workplace training, whichever suits you best.

About You:

  • You should be passionate about baking and willing to learn and develop your skills.

  • You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings.

  • Eligible applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
