Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious treats? We are seeking a skilled Pastry Professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, muffins, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items. You will follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality while ensuring all baking is complete on time for store opening.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a commercial bakery or cafe is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work early mornings (shift typically begins at 5:00 am).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is required.
  • Must have valid work rights or appropriate visa to work in the country.
  • Food safety certification training will be provided on commencement.
