Job Title: Section Waiter

We're seeking a charismatic and energetic Section Waiter to join our team at Lona Misa. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every table feels like home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to maintain a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings to guests, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our dishes.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
