About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Child and Family Team in Outer Eastern Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, while working collaboratively within a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality speech pathology services to NDIS participants, tailored to their individual needs and goals
  • Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop and implement effective therapy plans
  • Build strong relationships with participants, their families, and support networks
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or related field
  • SPA Registration and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and partnerships
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Experience working in disability or healthcare, an advantage but not essential
