Unit Development Foreman Wanted

A prestigious builder is seeking an experienced Unit Development Foreman to join their team on a luxury unit development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structures foremanship, preferably with experience on medium rise developments.
Responsibilities include ensuring accurate set out and pre-cast detail, driving structural subcontractors to deliver the job correctly first-time round.
This opportunity offers a chance to work with a great team that promotes a positive work culture, in a desirable location.
Salary will be commensurate with experience while a range between $125k to $155k total package is indicative.
This is a permanent role, offering long-term local work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve structural details for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with structural subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals and deadlines
