Support Workers SoughtWe are recruiting highly motivated Support Workers to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, providing exceptional support services to individuals in need.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to clients, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, domestic chores, transportation, and community access.
  • Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.
  • Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting independence and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviors. Prior experience as a Support Worker or AIN is desirable.Requirements:
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with working hours and on-call requirements.
