We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a $10 million subdivision project in Bargara. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of our initial project in the region while also driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the region.

You'll work closely with our experienced team and senior leaders, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the long-term expansion of our presence in the area. If you're eager to take on new challenges and help shape the future of our projects in Bundaberg, we want to hear from you

About You

You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.

Key Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
  • Ensure project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct monthly assessments and forecasts of the project's financial performance.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate and oversee employees, subcontractors, procurement, and equipment.
  • Coach, mentor, and train relevant staff, addressing and resolving performance issues.
About You
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects is highly regarded
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors
  • Exceptional people management abilities
