About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK Australia. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point of sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain visually appealing point of sale displays in-store to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Store Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks and promote a positive brand image.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with store teams to identify opportunities for in-store promotions and implement effective strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills are required. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday.
Benefits
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $31.68 per hour + $0.98 per KMs + Super.
