Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide world-class customer service
  • Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing team members' knowledge and skills
  • Ensure the safety of the store, team members, and customers by maintaining a safe work environment
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and maintain accurate records
