The Intrax Housing Division has built its success by inspiring volume builders to confidently build innovative and affordable homes for Australian families. We have a unique opportunity to join our growing Housing team on a full-time permanent basis within our Queensland division as a Customer Relationship Manager, reporting to our General Manager.

Position Overview:

We're looking for an organised, process-driven professional with exceptional communication and workflow management skills to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll ensure our clients' projects are managed with top-notch professionalism from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities.
  • Manage and maintain accounts for volume housing builder clients.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports on workflow performance and project status for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Residential Volume house or residential engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or a customer-facing role.
  • Residential building knowledge of the builders' construction process would be preferable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
