Energy Market Professional

The Physical Markets Energy Trading Graduate program is a unique opportunity for an individual to gain exposure to various functions across trading and transition.

This 6-month training program will equip the participant with a deep understanding of the physical energy markets, enabling them to contribute to the dynamic and fast-paced energy spot market operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the physical energy markets
  • Gain exposure to various functions across trading and transition
  • Contribute to the dynamic and fast-paced energy spot market operations

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in economics, commerce or engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to work a range of shifts including nights and weekends
