Sanitation Professional

At the heart of our operations is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our food manufacturing environment. As a Sanitation Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all cleaning activities to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and WH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols that meet company standards and food hygiene requirements.
  • Monitor productivity and quality control processes, addressing client feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the safe storage, handling, and usage of chemicals in line with SDS and safety policies, minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMs), ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime.
  • Lead training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to foster a high-performing sanitation team, driving results and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards in food manufacturing, with hands-on experience and a track record of success.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work across functions and departments to drive common goals and objectives.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
