Quality Assurance Expertise

As a Quality Assurance professional, you will lead and manage quality systems to ensure compliance in our food manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in product quality and safety across all operations, including:

  • Leading and managing the QA team to ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Developing and maintaining quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Conducting audits and inspections to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Driving continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.
  • Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing supplier quality assurance to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

We seek an experienced professional with:

  • Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role within food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with audits, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
