Project Coordinator Role

In our Governance and Assurance team, we are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the management of complex projects or large-scale programs within the water sector. As part of one of the largest and most complex capital programs in South Australia, you will play a key role in delivering critical water assets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, scope documents, user guides, reference manuals, and administrative guides.
  • Adapting to changing project requirements and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand and contribute to the successful delivery of the program by managing key relationships and communicating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Contributing to the development of project schedules to manage work programmes and oversee the implementation of these schedules.
  • Providing data and information to inform effective decision-making, considering technical risk and delivery planning analytics.
  • Regularly reporting on project status, progress, and completion.
