About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Finance Lawyer to join our team at Burgess Paluch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients in the banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the provision of legal services to 4 major banks and investment banks, as well as private lending institutions.
  • Work on a part-time basis, with a 4-day workweek, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the banking and finance sector.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.
Requirements
  • 2-8 years of post-admission experience in banking and finance law.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and property finance acquisitions, as well as lender and borrower work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
