About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team at Amicus Legal Limited. As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases and provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation cases within the Banking & Finance/Mortgage Recoveries and Insolvency Litigation sectors.
  • Work within NSW court jurisdictions, requiring a valid Australian Practicing Certificate.
  • Deliver client-centric services, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Exercise sound judgment and resolve problems expeditiously.
  • Handle a variety of stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years (PAE) in insolvency, debt recovery and/or mortgage recovery litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in legal drafting and research.
  • Commercially savvy with a focus on client service.
