Key Responsibilities- Provide Pathology Services of the highest possible standard to patients.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, technicians, and Pathologists to deliver a high-quality service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, medical specialists, and private hospitals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Pathology services, ensuring alignment with the Tasmanian Government's strategic objectives.
- Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty.
- Experience in Cytopathology and Post Mortem procedures (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
