As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, quality, and hygiene standards of our care home. You will provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas.
- Complete required documentation and reporting.
- Provide ad hoc support to the broader team, including laundry and catering.
- Cert III Hospitality highly regarded.
- Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week.
