Warehouse Operations Manager

A challenging leadership role has become available at a thriving organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the position of Depot Supervisor.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and building a talented team, efficiently managing resource allocations, and overseeing signage requirements.
In addition, the Depot Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and managing effective systems for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution and control, conducting regular site visits, and tackling various warehouse and logistic duties.
Key Requirements:
- Proven business-to-business sales experience is essential.
- Previous experience in labour hire or traffic industries is required.
- An HR ticket is preferred.
- A current open driver's license is necessary.
