The Role

Drive Sales and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

You will be a storyteller and a leader—empowering and enchanting your team to achieve high sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and celebrate each team member's unique qualities.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable about building a confident, collaborative team, and capable of creating memorable experiences for customers, ensuring they find products that meet their needs.

  • Drive sales and meet KPI targets for your Boutique
  • Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Empower and guide your team, fostering a positive exploration of products
  • Lead, coach, and provide feedback to your team

About You

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Self-motivated with a focus on team development and success
  • Lead with empathy, compassion, and an open mind
  • Driven to succeed and passionate about the brand
  • Resilient, able to handle conflict, and manage expectations effectively
  • Confident in advising and directing communication
