The NRMA is seeking a highly skilled and organized Transactional Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our accounts payable team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with creditors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Set up and manage payment batches in accordance with agreed supplier payment terms
- Perform general ledger coding and account reconciliations
- Attend to supplier queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct bank audits and supplier statement reconciliations
- 2-3 years' experience in an accounts payable or receivable role
- Certificate IV in Accounting, desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Sage 300 ERP Accounting System
- Sound typing skills and organizational abilities
