Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Curtis Partnership, a well-established recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team.

This autonomous role offers ownership of client briefs and the management of candidate and client expectations. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas, including Property, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Technology, Finance, and Accounting recruitment.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 plus commission
  • No threshold for immediate commission

  • Weekly mentoring and fortnightly training sessions

  • Birthday day off

The Role:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
  • Take responsibility for niche areas of recruitment operations
  • Assist in placing candidates in exciting positions
  • Talent pool candidates for future opportunities
  • Manage reference checks and other administrative tasks
  • Contribute to business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in external recruitment
  • Proven track record of nurturing and developing client relationships
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
