Job Role

The Call Centre Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to diverse clients in front-line public services and sectors across Australia & New Zealand.

This is a full-time role based at 24/7 offices in Melbourne, requiring availability Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, and flexibility in working between 7am and 7pm.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to high-volume inbound/outbound activities from clients or technicians/contractors via telephone and email.
  • Monitor and optimise work order outcomes for seamless client experiences.
  • Dispatch work orders efficiently to meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering quality customer service.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic environment with multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office and SAP.
