About Us

We are a service provider delivering support and allied health services nationwide. Our aim is to offer a wide range of services for our customers, making it easier for them to receive the supports they need.

We are currently recruiting Support Professionals to work with our customers in various locations. In this role, you will have the flexibility to:

Qualifications & Experience

- Must have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability Support
- Current police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver's license with current car insurance and reliable car
- COVID19 vaccination with boosters
- Working with Children Check

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Provide support to our participant
- Take participants out for community participation
- Build rapport with the participant
- Follow existing support plans in place to ensure that all care requirements are met
- Assist with meal prep as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Provide handover report at the end of every shift
- Report and document all incidents and behaviors of concern immediately to manager in charge
