  • Provide accurate job timings and material estimates to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, adhering to precise standards.
  • Lead and mentor apprentices, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle painting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Requirements:
