Paint Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Finishing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our paint team, you will work alongside our skilled painters and preppers to deliver high-quality paint finishes for our customers.

Our large and modern workshop is equipped with the latest technology, and our dedicated team ensures every repair meets the highest standards of quality. We take pride in our professionalism and teamwork, working together seamlessly to bring high-quality service and results.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified and quality-driven Paint Finishing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for completing paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures, signing off on the final colour, and maintaining spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete paint jobs in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer.
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential).
  • Have experience in Collision Repair industry (essential).
  • Have full Australian Working rights and valid driver's licence.
