Haemodialysis Nurse Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Haemodialysis Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within our clinical setting.

You will be responsible for delivering effective patient-centered care, contributing to the development of our nursing staff, and promoting a safe working environment.

  • Design, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care within our haemodialysis clinical setting.
  • Protect patients' rights by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
  • Develop own professional skills and provide education to colleagues, patients, and visitors.
  • Evaluate and improve patient care processes to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by reporting incidents, hazards, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a general nurse with AHPRA.
  • Understanding of Quality Improvement processes and risk management obligations.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and expertise in nephrology nursing.
  • Ability to reflect on nursing practice and apply learning as appropriate.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
