We are seeking a skilled Process Worker to join our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role within our Sheet metal/Powder Coat area, requiring a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading of products on powder coating line and powder coating oven
  • Pre-treatment of chemicals for products
  • Operating of machinery and ensuring machines are kept in good condition
  • Meet production deadlines and time-frames
  • Main a strong health and safety focus and wearing appropriate PPE
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver's license, reliable transport, and work eligibility
