Job Title: Process Worker Full-time

Temperzone Australia is seeking a skilled Process Worker to join our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and install insulation on panels, assemble panels into chassis sub-frames, and fit componentry onto bases.
  • Fit fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets.
  • Follow job sheets and engineering drawings, identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions, and demonstrate safe work practices.
  • Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed, including preparation of coils, fitting and brazing metal components, and assisting other assembly functions.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver's license, reliable transport, and work eligibility
