**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Process Worker to join our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. As a Process Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our powder coating line and powder coating oven. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Loading and unloading of products on the powder coating line and powder coating oven
  • Pre-treatment of chemicals for products
  • Operating of machinery and ensuring machines are kept in good condition
  • Meeting production deadlines and time-frames
  • Maintaining a strong health and safety focus and wearing appropriate PPE

**Requirements**

  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver's license, reliable transport, and work eligibility
