Job Overview

The Performance Marketing Professional role is a key part of our team, focused on delivering successful campaigns that drive business growth.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing and optimizing Performance Marketing campaigns, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Performance Marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of objectives. They will also be responsible for proactively reviewing and managing client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

The role will involve collaborating with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop relationships, staying informed about new features and betas to enhance campaign strategies. The Performance Marketing Professional will provide initial insights on campaign trends to executives and planners, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.

They will generate comprehensive campaign reports, taking ownership of pacing, quality assurance (QA), and trafficking, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, proven experience in executing and optimizing Performance Marketing campaigns, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
