Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product strategy by researching relevant consumer, competitor, and market insights.
  • Analyse emerging trends across relevant categories to identify possible line and category extensions.
  • Review ingredient lists for sample submissions, ensuring compliance with briefs.
  • Support cross-functional departments with robust product presentations on ingredients, use, benefits, claims, etc.
  • Consolidate key product information to support customer enquiries, including investigating external partners where necessary.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Respond to enquiries from customer service and social teams promptly.
  • Submit accurate product presentations in line with marketing and educational calendar commitments.
  • Adhere to NPD timelines and deadlines, flagging at-risk milestones prior to the due date.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in product development in the beauty/health industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development and production lifecycle, with international supplier experience.
  • Ability to create strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external suppliers.
  • Competent in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
