Product Leader Sought for PropTech Innovation

About the Role:
As a product leader, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance our market-leading product and drive customer success. Your responsibility will be to comprehend the key drivers of the product and ensure its success in the marketplace by overseeing the process of translating customer needs into new product releases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Specify market requirements for current and future features through market research and ongoing conversations with customers
- Guide the prioritization of development work, including new functionality, minor enhancements, bug fixes, and design changes
- Coordinate requirements gathering from internal and external resources
- Coordinate product and engineering resources within the team
- Write feature specifications and tasks for Engineering
- Communicate internally and externally about items planned, in progress, and completed
- Manage the product release process, including user acceptance and beta testing
- Work with Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, key benefits, target customers
- Liaise with third-party providers regarding integrations with their products and services
- Manage the product suggestion process
- Perform product demonstrations (internal and external)
- Establish and maintain external relationships to enhance the product and related services
- Escalate customer inquiries regarding 'how to' issues, product clarification, and future plans
- Understand competitors' product/service offerings to ensure market leadership

We're Looking for Someone with:
- Previous experience in product management
- Exposure to PropTech is desirable but not essential
- Experience in scoping and planning large customer-facing projects, identifying customer needs, and implementing solutions
- Experience in, or exposure to, working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment
- A proven record of leading and managing projects and resources
