As a Senior Engineering Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering design standards for charging networks. Your key responsibilities include developing and continuously updating engineering design standards and equipment specifications to ensure high standards for driver experience, deployment efficiency, and network return on investment.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, maintain, and improve Evie's engineering design standards and equipment specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Deployment and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of designs and specifications.
  • Manage the design and testing of new solutions to address site-specific and network challenges.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or higher level qualification in Engineering or Science disciplines, with business qualifications desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering function, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, business intuition, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standards and industry guidelines for deploying electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
