Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor concrete mix performance and quality of raw materials
* Liaise with laboratories to ensure correct mixes are tested and in sufficient numbers
* Ensure adherence to and active improvement of documented quality systems and technical standards
* Maintain ongoing and vigilant monitoring of concrete strength, density and water demand trends and prompt reporting to Technical Managers

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification or diploma in Materials Engineering, Science or related disciplines
* Credible industry technical experience in aggregates, civil construction, concrete or similar
* Lab experience, sound technical ability, a proactive attitude and a dedication to providing the highest standards of production, quality and safety
