The Program Coordinator role is a key position in our organisation, requiring an individual with exceptional organisational skills and experience working in complex environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing program coordination support, including managing project initiatives, reporting and escalating risks and issues. They will also be involved in process improvement through identification, assessment and re-design, as well as supporting delivery as required.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements allowing for flexibility between office and home workspaces.

Key responsibilities of the Program Coordinator include:

  • Managing the Program Workforce Plan and onboarding team members in a timely fashion
  • Managing program reporting and ensuring accurate information is available to stakeholders
  • Liaising with the Program Manager to ensure Risks, Issues and Dependencies are effectively communicated
  • Supporting Scrum Masters and maintaining up-to-date project tools and templates
  • Establishing measurement systems and controls to monitor progress and achieve targeted outcomes

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
