Job Title: Regional Logistics Coordinator, ANZ

Neuron Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Regional Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations between multiple cities and warehouses across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with freight forwarders and service providers to achieve company KPIs
  • Manage 3PL logistics operations, including inbound logistics, warehouse inventory, last-mile delivery, and reversal logistics
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of domestic transportation and logistics management
  • Prepare reporting data to support supply chain and global markets teams
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procedural and cost reporting strategies
Requirements:
  • University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
  • At least 3+ years of logistics operations experience, preferably with multinational trading operations and/or freight forwarding
  • Experience in 3rd party/outsourced logistics solution management
  • Inventory management knowledge
  • English and Mandarin language skills (advantageous)
  • Power user of MS Excel
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
