Key Role

This is a hands-on Accountant position that plays a key role in both financial and management accounting.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to contribute to a growing business.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs.
  • Assistance with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support for end-of-month and year-end processes in line with statutory requirements.
  • Partnership with operational teams to provide financial insights and problem-solving support.
  • Continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and processes.
Requirements
  • CPA or CA qualified accountant.
  • Experience in both financial and management accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
