Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of a tech vendor portfolio: onboarding, ongoing governance, strategic change, renewal, and exit strategies.
  • Discover and capitalize on opportunities: underutilization, duplicate tools, price/volume breaks, re-tiering, and consolidation.
  • Design and negotiate smart deals: weigh optionality against price and articulate the story to stakeholders with compelling results.
  • Ensure seamless governance: quarterly business reviews (QBRs), service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) reviews, remediation, and improvement roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Tech teams to drive commercial success.
  • Apply artificial intelligence (AI) in practice: utilize co-pilots and language models for contract analytics, risk triage, forecasting, summarization, or workflow automation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supplier/vendor management within the tech industry or fast-paced corporates.
  • Proven commercial acumen: structure options, build financial models, and negotiate value propositions.
  • AI fluency with real-world examples (e.g., contract analytics, governance automation, data extraction).
  • Outstanding communication skills: influence engineers, product, finance, and vendors; credibility with senior leaders.
  • A builder mindset: dissect processes, rebuild them, and deliver improved, faster, and clearer solutions.
