Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Specialist to join our Data Centre and Geophysics Team at Fugro Australia Marine Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in collecting, processing, and delivering geodata and digital products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work with project teams to collect, record, evaluate, and present high-quality datasets as per project requirements.
- Prepare, process, and revise various datasets, including survey sensor positions, multibeam datasets, single beam datasets, backscatter datasets, and geophysical datasets.
- Apply GIS processing and presentation of data, adhere to quality protocols, and maintain digital databases and electronic files.
- Generate figures and charts, and actively keep up to date with the latest developments in applicable software.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Specialist with a passion for data. You will have a recognized qualification in spatial sciences, computer sciences, surveying, cartography, geomatics, GIS, applied engineering, engineering, or a related field. You will also possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritizing skills.
