Product Position Overview

This is a senior role within the product organization responsible for defining and delivering solutions across our product experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver work. A proficiency in design tools like Figma, creating UI libraries and design systems, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices are required. Experience in web app and/or mobile app design, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers during development cycles to coordinate work, review demos, and own team delivery.
  • Work with engineers to break down complex tasks into smaller, deliverable pieces, preparing ticket requirements.
  • Prepare high-level concept designs for internal review and detailed designs, UX flows, working with the product team to define scope.
  • Attend team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas, and collect feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Contribute to release notes.
Requirements:
  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to plan, prioritize, and deliver work or previously worked as a product owner.
  • Proficiency in Figma, creating UI libraries and design systems, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience in web app and/or mobile app design.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting deadlines, able to resourcefully solve problems, and make pragmatic trade-offs while taking into account the end strategic goal.
