Delivery and Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional casual delivery driver to provide leave cover for approximately one month, with the potential for ongoing work.

This role involves daily deliveries, averaging around 24 hours per week, as the central distribution point for medication deliveries across Southeast Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of medications to hospitals, aged care facilities, and patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily deliveries, averaging around 24 hours per week

  • Maintaining cold chain requirements
  • Punctuality and attention to detail

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted driver's licence
  • More than 5 years driving experience, and a strong record of safety and compliance with driving laws and regulations
  • No previous DUI record or serious driving infringements
  • Ability to operate a vehicle with either a manual or automatic transmission
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and rules
  • Ability to remain calm and possess good common sense
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured delivery schedules

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in a pharmacy environment
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and procedures
