
Dynamic Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services and supports to NDIS participants living in various areas, including Wollongong and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role. They will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians
The successful applicant will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing their skills
