Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for driving enhancements to our systems while ensuring seamless operation of existing solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technology teams, managing product backlogs and bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

  • Conduct analysis and gather requirements to support testing efforts
  • Support ongoing system support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Business Analyst within financial services
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Expertise in creating process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Alteryx, and PowerBI, with familiarity in tools that support data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Passion for driving and championing change, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills
