Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to provide excellent customer service and quality food products.
- Coordinate daily operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Food Handling certification.
- Working with Children Check.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Barista experience is desirable.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends.
