Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including forecasting, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Supervise a diverse team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure efficient and effective inter-department interaction within the hotel, maintaining high standards of communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions and data.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in this area.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
