What is the role?
As the Food & Beverage Manager at our Zone Bowling/Timezone Belconnen venue, you'll be the maestro of all things food and drink You'll champion our values every single day, ensuring our guest experience is absolutely top-notch. Become the master of stock management, food AND guest experience
- Supported by the Venue Manager, you'll have a laser focus on making every visit unforgettable
- Who are you?
- You must hold a valid RSA
- You're a hands-on, effective leader with a solid understanding of running a food and/or beverage business
- You're driven to boost sales and achieve stellar business results by leading a high-performing guest service team
- You're a strong relationship builder, effortlessly creating amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings
- You're passionate about service standards and can instill the same pride in your team
