About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concrete Site Coordinator to support our Concrete Plant in Coolum. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our concrete production site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Administration: Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent customer service, taking orders and finalizing sales of pre-mixed concrete for delivery.
  • Allocating / Scheduling: Allocate and schedule jobs using our Command Alkon system, schedule rostering and truck movements for the plant/region, and batch concrete to specific mix designs via our computerized system.
  • General: Order raw materials, maintain a clean and safe working environment, operate Front End Loader and Forklift equipment, and perform general plant maintenance.
Requirements
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong focus on safety and a reliable work ethic.
  • A satisfactory level of computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • The capacity to be flexible with start and finish times and work Saturday mornings if required.
