Job Description

The role of a Salesforce Technical Lead involves overseeing the technical delivery team and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce projects.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and leading the development team, promoting best practices, and undertaking operations and support management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on the Salesforce Platform, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating development teams and defining technical requirements.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex coding, Visual Force, and Lightning Web Components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead a development team
  • Proven experience in defining and detailing technical requirements
