This role focuses on creating accessible, sustainable and seamless products, services and experiences for customers. You will play a key part in understanding people to inform the design of these experiences.

You will drive the execution of qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs across all stages of the design process. This is a mix of design and research with an opportunity for exploratory work to better understand users and their requirements.

As a Senior Service Designer, you will be working closely with various teams including product, engineering, program, and SMEs across the business. Your main responsibilities include visualising digital experiences through strategic design practices and designing solutions that meet user needs.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Experience with graphic/UX/design principles
  • Strong knowledge of service design methodologies
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

As a team member, you will contribute to the development of strategies and services that positively impact customers and the business. Your background in service design will help shape future thinking and guide decision-making processes.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate to create end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
